VARMOXZ is the division that operates the processes for melting
materials to form non-ferrous metal alloys.
To achieve its goals, VARMOXZ employs the most modern technologies
throughout the different parts of the melting process.
The operations include two reverb furnaces with a capacity of 32 metric
tons for melting any non-ferrous alloy.
The Grinding Line
VARMOXZ is a World class system for grinding aluminum scrap and managing
the particle sizes generated at the end of this process.
To preserve the environment, we will soon have a decoating system that
will allow us to deliver higher quality products while reducing energy
consumption.
Hot Metal Transport
The liquid aluminum and zinc alloys produced by ARZYZ are used in
different industrial sectors in specific process changes or for filling
furnaces.
To handle this specialized product, we have 6 thermal tanks, each with
a capacity of 6.5 metric tons and with an active transportation radius
of 850 km.
In case of emergencies or due to the production needs of our customers,
we have specialized technical personnel and technology to transport the
alloys in liquid state.
